These Terms govern your use of the Homezee website (homezee.in), the Homezee assistant on WhatsApp and inside ChatGPT, and the quotations, estimates and services provided by Homezee Smart Solutions ("Homezee", "we", "us"). By using any of these, you agree to these Terms.
Homezee designs and installs smart-home automation, CCTV and related security and electrical systems for homes, primarily in Bangalore, India.
Prices, bills of materials and totals shown on our website, in our planners, or through our WhatsApp and ChatGPT assistants are indicative estimates based on standard catalogue packages. They are not a binding offer or a final quotation. Installation, wiring, site-specific materials and applicable taxes are confirmed separately. The final scope and price are set only in a written quotation issued after a site visit.
Our assistant provides estimates and lets you request a site visit. It uses deterministic pricing from our catalogue for figures; any descriptive or conversational content is for guidance only. A site-visit request made through the assistant is not a confirmed booking — our team confirms the date, time and fee with you directly (on WhatsApp) before any visit. The assistant does not take payments.
Site visits are available in Bangalore. A site-visit fee may apply and is communicated to you before the visit is confirmed; where a project proceeds, the fee may be adjusted against the project as we describe at the time. We may decline or refer locations outside our service area.
Payment terms for any project are set out in the written quotation and project agreement. Taxes apply as per Indian law. Nothing on the website or in the assistants constitutes a demand for payment.
You agree to provide accurate information, to use our website and assistants lawfully, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Our assistants operate on third-party platforms — WhatsApp (Meta) and ChatGPT (OpenAI). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those platforms' availability or conduct.
The Homezee name, logo, website content, designs, planners and catalogue are owned by Homezee and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Our website, assistants and estimates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Estimates may contain errors or become out of date; rely on the final written quotation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homezee is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or assistants. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date shows the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bangalore, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
